Ryan is the Co-Founder of REACT. Born and raised in Waco, Ryan is a graduate of Texas State University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sport Science. In 2012, when Kendell was looking for a trainer to take on the challenge of coaching people through traumatic experiences while pushing them beyond what they believed was their limit, Ryan found himself in a position to really make a difference. His passion and knowledge empowered his clients and gave them back some hope and dignity. Today, he maintains a relentless focus on continuing education, advancing his understanding of the nervous system, and networking. Ryan is a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) where he holds both their CSCS & TSAC-F distinctions. He currently has certifications in Reflexive Performance Reset (RPR Level 1&2), Functional Range Conditioning (FRCms), Precision Nutrition (PN1), and the Postural Restoration Institute – Myokinematic Restoration. Hoping to change how we address rehab and recovery, with a mission to influence more lives, Ryan and Kendell formed Bachik Methods, LLC. this past April. Bachik Methods aims to bring the gift of REACT beyond a brick and mortar. To share a powerful and unique approach to repairing physically and emotionally broken people; offering training, mentorships, seminars and public speaking. ‘Addressing the human not the condition’ is a promise to stop defining one's recovery potential by a medical diagnosis.

Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Keely grew up as an athlete with a love for soccer. Highlights include playing in Gothenburg, Sweden and being invited at 16 to try out for the Girl's National Soccer Team. She played Division-1 College soccer at Louisiana Tech University, graduating with a degree in Exercise Science. She then went on to get her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she continued her love of fitness and wellness through weightlifting and playing indoor soccer. During her last year of her doctorate program, Keely spent over 2,000 hours in the hospital, ICU, outpatient, and pediatric settings, gaining a wealth of experience with multiple diagnoses and diseases.   Keely's 20 yearlong background as a high-level competitive athlete, as well as her Doctorate level of education as a Physical Therapist made her see REACT as the perfect fit; a place where she could combine her medical knowledge and love of fitness to push the boundaries of traditional physical therapy and redefine what the road to recovery looks like. Through her own experiences as an athlete, Keely knows that your injuries do not have to define you, and that mental fortitude and grit are the foundation for success. She is passionate about using her manual and functional therapy skills to help her patients push past any and all limitations. Always eager to learn and become better at her craft, Keely is currently becoming certified in Dry Needling, and plans to seek certifications such as The McKenzie Method of Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) and the Functional Range Release (FR).   Outside of REACT, Keely enjoys working out at her local Crossfit, spending time with her pitbull Murphy, and flipping/renovating fifth wheel campers and RV's with her husband Trent.
